Abstract: In this panel, we will discuss a wide variety of topics that are important for success as a junior faculty. Topics include, but not limited to, the expectations for tenure, getting national recognition, role of mentoring, and time management. The panelists will share their success stories and tips for success. Then, the floor will be open to questions from the audience.
